The LOTTO NRFL official draw has been confirmed for all four league divisions, with several exciting round one match ups to kick off the 2019 season.

In the Women’s Premier Division, Glenfield Rovers head to Becroft Park to battle it out against Forrest Hill Milford United, with both sides hungry to take out bragging rights in this mouth-watering fixture.

On the other side of the bridge, Onehunga Sports entertain Three Kings United in their LOTTO NRFL Women’s Premier Division debut at Waikaraka Park in Round One.

Heading into the Men’s Division One, newcomers Takapuna AFC go up against North Shore rivals, Forrest Hill Milford United in Round One of the competition at Taharoto Park.

Meanwhile, more than trophies and bragging rights will be on the line in 2019 with the confirmation of prizes for the winning teams in each first team division.

Champions of the LOTTO NRFL Men’s and Women’s Premier League competitions will receive $1500 worth of LOTTO merchandise of their choosing while winners in Men’s Division 1 and 2 will take home merchandise to the value of $500.

All clubs involved in the NRFL will also receive an allocation of IPER VTB match balls free of charge as part of their entry.

LOTTO Sales Director Ryan Dawkins is looking forward to the new season given what’s at stake for clubs.

“The LOTTO NRFL has long been the premier competition for players looking at to take the next step to national and professional leagues. LOTTO is excited to continue its involvement with grassroots clubs and we look forward to growing the NRFL league for the future,” says Dawkins.

Auckland Football Federation CEO Steven Upfold is similarly delighted with the new initiatives.

“LOTTO have been a longtime backer of the NRFL competition and we’re delighted to have been able increase the visibility of their support for the 2019 season,” Upfold said.

“Top performing clubs in the competition really now have something to chase which can benefit them in the following season, help reduce costs and improve the quality of their product for their members - a great outcome for everyone involved.”
